At Vehicularis Limited, our mission is to empower users with innovative technology while prioritising the privacy and security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle data across our two primary products: Teshub and TabTasker.

Because our products operate using fundamentally different architectures, we have structured this policy to clearly explain the data practices for each.

1. Teshub

Teshub is an intelligent companion application designed to provide telemetry analytics, vehicle monitoring, and actionable insights for your connected Tesla.

Information we collect

To provide real-time dashboards, battery health analysis, and trip mapping, Teshub collects and processes the following vehicle telemetry data:

  • Real-time vehicle status and location
  • Battery health and energy consumption metrics
  • Charging session details and cost tracking
  • Trip history and route mapping

How we use your data

We process this information through our secure telemetry engine solely to deliver the app’s core features to you. This includes optimising your charging efficiency, providing smart alerts, and tracking your environmental impact.

Security and data sharing

Your data belongs to you 100%. We employ enterprise-grade security infrastructure and encrypt all data in transit. We never share your information with third parties. We maintain complete transparency and ensure you retain full control over your information.

2. TabTasker

TabTasker is a suite of web-based utility tools for PDF management, media conversion, developer formatting, and local AI tasks.

Zero data collection architecture

TabTasker operates on a strict zero-server architecture. The platform runs entirely on the client side within your browser using WebAssembly and ONNX Runtime Web.

How your files are handled

  • No uploads. Your files, documents, and code snippets never leave your device and never touch a backend network.
  • Local processing.All processing, including AI tasks like text summarisation and sentiment analysis, happens locally on your computer’s CPU and GPU.
  • No tracking. We do not require accounts, we do not have sign-ups, and we do not use analytics trackers.
  • Model caching. When using AI-powered tools, your browser downloads the required model file directly to its local cache. Once downloaded, the environment remains completely isolated.

Because we have no backend servers for TabTasker, it is physically impossible for us to collect, scrape, or log your data.

3. Your privacy rights

Vehicularis Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK. We operate in strict compliance with global data protection standards, including:

  • UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
  • EU Data Act
  • EU AI Act

Depending on your region, you have the right to request access to the data we hold via Teshub, request its deletion, or ask us to restrict its processing.
